About Us

SERVICES FOR ALL OUR MEMBERS

Flavor Connection is a large commercial kitchen that offers available, common and individual spaces to individuals or business groups who want to undertake ventures or expand their culinary businesses.

We offer a shared space for preparation, cooking, cooling, storage, among others, as well as equipment and utensils for gastronomic practice. Additionally, there will be a space for individual use, for the time that participants have, to make their recipes and cooking secrets.

Food biosecurity is our number one priority. We pride ourselves on always setting the highest standards. All of our affiliates must have a Food Safety Manager certification and be present during food processing and handling. All members must follow the rules set by the Kitchen Manager and regulatory agencies. Protocols are implemented to minimize the risk of cross contamination and foodborne illness due to improper food handling.

We comply with all ecological regulations to ensure that the effluents that emanate from our kitchen pass and comply with all the regulations, in order to ensure that we are in complete harmony with the environment.

Flavor Connection

It is a platform that seeks to minimize the costs and risks of its allies who do not want to be exposed to long-term lease contracts, equipment investments, permitting costs, extended waits and many other unforeseen events. An incubator kitchen to stimulate the development of those who work in it and of the city.

We are an alternative with a very convenient price-value added relation. Our vision is that each participant begins to obtain retribution for their efforts in a short period of time with minimum investment and controlled risks. We share with our allies, the possibility of starting or continuing their gastronomic business successfully in a cooperative and supportive environment.

We are part of Flavor Connection, a group of immigrants with different professional experiences united by the passion to help. Our experiences have capitalized on the importance of solidarity as an essential piece to grow. In addition, we want to give back to this great country, the United States, the opportunity to have opened the doors to us and to our children. That is why we extend to other people real opportunities to develop through their passion and effort and generate value to the commercial chain and to this great community: Miami. Our team has more than 15 years of experience in the gastronomic area, more than 23 years working in the food sector in the commercial area, more than 25 years in the entrepreneurship of various companies ... This drives us to strive to maintain relationships long-term business.

Vision

We envision being a commercial - shared kitchen platform preferred by our culinary partners. Achieving a relationship that year after year, improves due to the results obtained thanks to the solidarity effort of all. We want each member-ally of Flavor Connection to achieve their financial goals in the short, medium and long term and perform as the best professional version of themselves. An incubator kitchen that provides sustainable prosperity to Miami and all those related to it.
