Requirements for membership
If we are both interested parties, the operation contract would be signed.
Minimum lease period 1 month.
- You must have a registered company with its respective EIN number.
- Must have Liability insurance, with certified holder ¨Flavor Connection¨.
- You must send the attached membership application form.
- Must have ServSafe Food Manager certification for the principal and Food Handler certification for the rest of the team.
- Must have the corresponding license according to the type of production (Catering, Agriculture, etc).
- You must send us the ID's of all the people who are going to enter the kitchen.
